Carrie joined Ellis Partners as an Asset Manager in 2005 and assumed responsibility for oversight of several major projects including Jack London Square in Oakland, the Town & Country Village Shopping Center in Palo Alto, a 380,000 square foot portfolio of properties in the Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton, California and, more recently, The Pruneyard in Campbell.
Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Carrie spent over five years at Hines where she worked on the development and management of Class A high-rise office buildings. While at Hines, she worked as assistant project manager on the development of a 700,000 square foot office project, and later had operations, asset, and construction management responsibilities for a 300,000 square foot office tower, both in downtown San Francisco. Before entering the real estate industry, Caroline spent seven years in program management in the social services and healthcare sectors.
Carrie graduated cum laude with a B.A. in English from Boston College and received her M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. She is a member of SPUR, ICSC and the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni.
