Chris Nehls joined the Ellis Partners acquisition team in 2011. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, and executing real estate investments. Additionally, Chris is accountable for market and property due diligence, assisting with financing and partnership structuring, as well as the review of strategic alternatives with respect to the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Chris worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment management division.
Chris holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
