Renovation and Repositioning
Ellis Partners focuses on recognizing the unrealized value of existing, underperforming assets and executing complex business plans that unlock that value. The team’s experience includes adaptive re-use, historic renovation, environmentally impaired sites, and a wide variety of renovations of office, industrial and retail assets. Successful property repositioning involves developing a scope of work to address the specific needs of each property including project façade and interior renovation, project rebranding, systems and/or structural upgrades and re-tenanting. The Ellis Partners team has the in-depth problem solving experience necessary to address the often-unique challenges presented while completing successful renovation and repositioning projects.
Leasing and Asset Management
The Ellis Partners asset management team brings multi-market relationships and multi-cycle experience to the process of leasing and operating the Ellis portfolio. Through nimble and diligent execution, the Ellis team repeatedly outperforms the competition in moving assets to full occupancy as well as in using its high touch management style to cultivate and retain tenants. The asset management team is also deeply steeped in the budgeting and management of operating expenses with an eye for that perfect balance between efficiency and creating exceptional environments for our tenants.
Ellis Partners brings a broad range of financial skills to bear including the ability to engineer, negotiate and close complex debt/equity financings and re-financings of its own projects as well as managing lender and equity partner reporting requirements and relationships.
