Peter Magaddino, CPA
CFO, Managing Partner

Peter Magaddino is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Ellis Partners.  As CFO, Peter is primarily responsible for overseeing all debt financings, joint venture management, investment accounting, reporting and compliance and sits on the company’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Peter served in the Real Estate Assurance practice of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP, San Francisco, where he specialized in working with public and private real estate companies, including several public real estate investment trusts and private real estate investment funds.  Previously, Peter was with the Real Estate Assurance practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Peter holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
