Stephanie joined Ellis Partners in 1997 as a Project Accountant.  Stephanie is responsible for project specific accounting including review of property level financials, partnership accounting, managing daily activities of corporate accounting, preparing construction loan draws, capital account calls and compliance documents including acting as the primary interface with external auditors and tax preparers.  In this role Stephanie also works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other team members to prepare ad hoc reports and meet team objectives.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Stephanie served as an accountant at OMCOA where she was responsible for preparing month end closing for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Stephanie received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
