Andrew joined Ellis Partners as an Associate Asset Manager in 2013.  His responsibilities include working with the asset management team to oversee the formulation and implementation of project business plans including budgeting, operations management and leasing.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Andrew had over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Most recently he was an Associate at Rawson, Blum & Leon in San Francisco where he was involved with asset management, acquisitions and financing for their diverse portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial space.  He has also held positions with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in New York City and Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco.

Andrew has a B.A. in Economics from University of California at Berkeley and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
