David Harty joined Ellis Partners in 2018.  David manages development projects throughout the Bay Area and advises on entitlements, design, construction and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, David was Vice President of Development & Construction for Jamestown, LP, where he led development projects of all use types and managed an internal team of development and construction managers. Earlier in his career, David was a Project Manager for Plant Construction Company where he built a niche in challenging historic rehabilitation and seismic upgrade projects.

David has a degree in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.  He serves on the board of San Francisco Heritage and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
