Hannah Perkins joined Ellis Partners in 2023. Her responsibilities on the asset management team include leasing, financial and strategic oversight of portfolio assets, including formulation and implementation of asset business plans.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Hannah was Vice President, Asset Management at Morgan Stanley, where she managed a ~$4bn portfolio of core and core-plus commercial assets throughout the western United States, focusing on industrial, office, retail, medical office, life science and multifamily properties. Her responsibilities included leasing, managing capital projects, budgeting, financial analysis, and property valuations. Hannah previously resided in Sydney, Australia where she managed commercial property for institutional investors at Challenger Limited, a large life insurance company, having begun her career in investment banking with UBS and Ernst & Young.

Hannah is a CFA Charterholder and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degrees from the University of Queensland, Australia.
