Michelle Carlos joined Ellis Partners as Office Manager in 2020.  Her responsibilities include overseeing the front office and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s headquarters.  She also provides IT support and works closely with the CFO to ensure efficient system operations.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Michelle served as Office Manager in many industries including construction and fintech.  She was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for these dynamic firms as well providing executive administrative, finance and HR support.

Michelle received a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State East Bay in Hayward.
