Livermore Gateway



When acquired, the site consisted of a vacant 189,000 square foot former steel fabrication building constructed in the late 1950’s plus 29 acres of unimproved excess land. Ellis Partners completed a subdivision plan that ultimately included the development and sale of 6 new industrial and manufacturing buildings ranging in size from 24,000 to 96,000 square feet plus a small retail component. The steel fabrication building was extensively retro-fitted and re-leased to multiple warehouse tenants. As a part of the development agreement with the city, Ellis Partners also constructed an extension of a major Livermore thoroughfare through the site that dramatically improved traffic circulation patterns in the area.
