Development of the 290,000 square foot Target and Orchard Supply Hardware anchored power center in Paso Robles required the assembly, option and acquisition of 9 parcels of land under separate ownership and a full entitlement process – all of which were accomplished in approximately 8 months. The project was developed in several phases and leased to top-quality credit tenants including Ross Dress for Less, OfficeMax, Michael’s, Fashion Bug, Pier 1 Imports, Famous Footwear and Carl’s Jr.
