Pleasanton, CA – Ellis Partners has signed a 10-year lease with Alameda County for 70,000 square feet of space in Sunol Center in the Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton.
The building, at 5669 Gibraltar Drive, was recently renovated to suit the County’s specifications – including features that would reduce its carbon footprint under a tight occupancy deadline.
Ellis Partners contracted with Livermore-based Kares Construction to get the remodeling done as quickly as possible which included working long shifts and weekends.
“We lost some sleep on our fast track commitment to get them in, but we were able to deliver on our promise,” said James Ellis, Managing Principal of Ellis Partners.
