Santa Rosa, CA – Ellis Partners is proud to announce a new long-term lease with the County of Sonoma for 29,492 square feet of office space at 1202 Apollo Way, part of the firm’s Santa Rosa Corporate Center business park.  The County’s Human Services Department will be moving its Family, Youth, and Children Division to this location upon completion of tenant improvements, expected to be in spring of 2012.  Ellis Partners would like to thank Shawn Johnson and Brian Keegan of Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc.
