IntegenX relocated to the Hacienda Business Park from Dublin in April 2010. “We are pleased to continue to provide innovative space solutions to suit the unique business needs of specialized tenants, such as IntegenX,” said Matt Wickens, Senior Development Manager at Ellis Partners LLC.
The deal represents the second significant lease agreement since Ellis Partners LLC acquired the property in the fall of 2010. Paul Sheehan, Dave Bruzzone, and Dan Watson at Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. Jim McPhee of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The lease commences March 1, 2011.
