Oakland, CA – Ellis Partners is proud to welcome Premier Organics, the makers of Artisana, an organic line of butters and spreads, to the Coliseum Industrial Center in Oakland.  Premier Organics has leased approximately 24,000 square feet of office, production, and warehouse space, and along with anchor tenant Dobake Bakeries, brings another food production use to the facility.  Thanks to Ryan Davidson of Lee & Associates for representing the tenant and Mike Conn and Mike Barry of CBRE who represented the landlord.
