PureRed Inks Lease at Britannia Center

Pleasanton, CA – PureRed Creative, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based advertising firm GAPRC Group, is moving into Britannia Business Center in Pleasanton. The company signed a five-year lease for 25,170 square feet in 5700 Stoneridge Drive with landlord Ellis Partners LLC, which recently bought the 272,000-square-foot, three-building property in Hacienda Business Park. The lease begins in early 2011.

“This is the perfect location for us,” said Kevin Kincaid, PureRed’s vice president. “We will now be strategically positioned to recruit the best talent from all over the Bay Area to help us continue to service our preeminent retail business clients, including Safeway, Old Navy and Orchard Supply Hardware.”
Ellis Partners picked up Britannia Business Center in October for approximately $24 million when the property was 80 percent vacant.
“This deal was executed within a month of purchase of the property,” said Matt Wickens, senior development manager with Ellis Partners. “We are fortunate to have funds available for new improvements to suit our tenant’s needs.”
