Alameda, CA – Ellis Partners has sold 1600 Harbor Bay Parkway, a 61,463 square foot multi-tenant office building in Alameda, to a private investor.  Ellis Partners purchased the building in 2007 when it was 46% leased, performed a number of capital and cosmetic upgrades, and leased the building to 95% occupancy with a strong and balanced tenant roster.  We would like to thank Edward Suharskiand Steven Golubchik of Grubb & Ellis for serving as landlord advocate for the value created and seeing the transaction through to a successful completion.
